As a development intern at the Cincinnati Ballet, I developed two major donor appeals, as well as a matching envelope. I also assisted in organizing their annual Nutcracker Gala, as well as their annual Nutcracker Children's Luncheon. In addition, I did developmental analysis of their direct mail campaign, and created a proposal for a young professionals organization.
